I’ve spent nearly 20 years in finance, startup investing, and B2B sales across multiple industries. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to building scalable sales systems.
My Background:
Founded CharpStrat in 2022 to help B2B startups build structured sales systems, and then in 2024, founded Conquer Sales to help B2B sales professionals and founders be part of a learning community
I work closely with accelerators such as Plug and Play, Startup Lithuania’s ICT Accelerator, Rockit, Baltic Sandbox and others, bringing proven revenue architecture frameworks to early-stage companies.
20 years in Sales & Marketing, 15 of those in finance and startup investing (Fidelity International, K&C Ventures, Euromonitor, Ondato…), and worked in companies of all sizes.
